Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made by ThatGirlsBoyfriend.
Processing Time
Approved replacements or store credits will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Chargebacks
We kindly ask customers to contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the inability to place future orders.
