Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During product drops, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

  • Next Day Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally. (You can update this if/when you expand.)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ThatGirlsBoyfriend is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ThatGirlsBoyfriend is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
